How your choice works

The first time you visit, we ask whether we may use optional cookies. Nothing optional is loaded until you answer, "Accept all" and "Reject optional" are offered side by side, and nothing is pre-ticked. If you close the banner without choosing, optional cookies stay off.

Necessary

These are needed for the site to work, so they do not depend on your consent.

• vt_consent: set by this site, kept for 12 months. It records your cookie choice, both as a cookie and in your browser's local storage, so that we do not ask on every page. It holds only your yes or no for each category.
• rs-chat-offline: set by this site in your browser's session storage, and only when the chat assistant's AI replies are switched off, so that the chat uses its built-in answers for the rest of your visit. It holds no personal data and is deleted when you close the tab.
• Spam protection: if the contact form shows a Cloudflare Turnstile check, Cloudflare may set its own short-lived cookies to tell people from automated traffic.

The site sets no other cookies of its own. It has no accounts or log-in, and its fonts are served from this site rather than from a third party.

Analytics

Loaded only if you allow analytics, and only if the site owner has switched them on. They show us which pages are useful.

• Google Analytics: sets _ga and _ga_<ID>, typically kept for up to 2 years.
• Google Tag Manager: loads the tags above. It sets no cookies of its own, and its advertising storage stays off unless you also allow marketing.

Marketing

Loaded only if you allow marketing, and only if the site owner has switched them on. They let advertising platforms measure campaigns.

• Meta Pixel: sets _fbp, typically kept for 3 months.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag: sets cookies such as li_fat_id, bcookie and lidc, typically kept for between 1 day and 1 year.
