Every fee is agreed in writing before work starts. This page explains what happens to money you have paid if plans change.

This website does not sell anything and does not take payments. Roshni Solutions provides services under a written agreement signed by both sides. This page sets out our standard position on fees, cancellations and refunds. If your signed agreement says something different, the agreement applies.
We refund any advance payment in full, less third-party costs we have already paid on your behalf and cannot recover. We list those costs for you.
You pay for the work completed up to the date we receive your notice, and for third-party costs already committed with your approval. We refund the unused part of any amount paid in advance within [14 days]. Your agreement states the notice period, which is [30 days] unless agreed otherwise.
Tell us within [30 days] of delivery. We first put the work right at no extra cost. If we cannot, we refund the fees paid for the part that was not delivered as agreed.
Email solutionsroshni@gmail.com with your company name and the invoice number. We acknowledge your request within two business days and give you a decision, with reasons, within [14 days]. Approved refunds are paid by the same method you used to pay us.
Nothing in this policy takes away rights that the law gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
